Dear Master Students, 

The Institute and our partner BCG Platinion are proudly announcing the Online Master Consortium 2020! The online event will take place on Mon, 30 November 2020. The event addresses master students in the second half of their study programme. We highly encourage all master students that are planning to start their thesis in the next year to participate in the event.  

The goal of the one-day event is to strengthen the perception among master students of the many different thesis topics within the CIIS. The event will give master students the opportunity to talk to supervisors of topics and to get an impression of what might follow after graduation. Central element of the program is the pitching of proposed topics by the supervisors and pitching of candidate profiles by the students - organized as a Thesis Topic Slam and a Candidate Slam. During the Candidate Slam, master students can present their skills and expertise for topical areas and methods. This is an excellent opportunity for master students to get in touch with academics and alike practitioners at a single event and to identify most suitable research topics for the upcoming thesis.
